Toolset – API project is not authorized

WordPress Toolset Error message: REQUEST_DENIED – This API project is not authorized to use this API.

Solution: Google Maps Platform -> APIs -> Geocoding API -> Activate

After the activation Toolset is configured to use Google Maps
